A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at the time you accept our quote in order to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the pick-up or delivery date. If we do not receive your final payment within the allotted time frame, we will assume you have decided to cancel your order and we will open the date to other customers.

In addition to rental fees, rental deposits may also be required when renting our cake plateaus, fountains, and other items. This deposit will be fully refunded once the items are returned in the same condition as when they were rented. A rental agreement will be required.

We currently accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Credit cards must be physically swiped at our shop and the account holder must be present to sign. Checks are not accepted for orders due within one week. Please be aware that there is a $25.00 fee for any returned checks and you are responsible for any additional bank fees.

Please note that all sales are final. A partial store credit may be given on a case by case basis.
